1.1 Information You Actively Provide (a) Note Content: Notebooks you create in the app, text content you record, category tags, and other information. This data is primarily stored on your local device. (b) Voice Data: When you use the voice input feature, we temporarily collect your voice information for speech-to-text recognition. Voice data is only used during the recognition process and will not be permanently stored. (c) Image Data: When you use image-related features, we access your camera or photo album to obtain images. Image data is stored on the local device. 1.2 Information We Automatically Collect (a) Device Information: Including device model, operating system version, device identifiers, etc., used to ensure the normal operation of the app and optimize user experience. (b) App Usage Information: Including feature usage frequency, error logs, and other anonymous data, used to improve app performance and service quality. (c) Purchase Records: When you make in-app purchases, we record the purchase status to provide corresponding paid feature services. The payment process is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, and we do not collect your payment account information. 1.3 AI Feature Related Information When you use the AI smart assistant feature, we will send the following personal information to third-party AI service providers to enable app functionality: (a) Images: Photos you select or take, used for AI understanding and recording. (b) Text Content: Notes, conversation inputs, and other text content you provide to the AI assistant. (c) Speech-to-Text Results: The text converted from your voice will be sent to the AI for processing. We select AI providers based on your region: users in mainland China use Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen), and users in other regions use OpenAI. The above data is transmitted securely (HTTPS) and is used solely for providing AI functionality, not for advertising, tracking, or other purposes. See Section 4 for details on information sharing.

The information we collect will be used for the following purposes: (a) Core Services: Note creation and management, voice-to-text input, reminder notifications, and other basic functions. (b) AI Smart Services: Providing smart summarization, analysis, and Q&A services based on your note content. (c) Service Optimization: Analyzing anonymous usage data to improve app performance, fix issues, and optimize the feature experience. (d) Security: Detecting and preventing security risks to protect your data. (e) Notification Services: Sending reminder notifications at the times you set.

3.1 Storage Location Your note data is primarily stored on your local device (using SQLite database). When you use AI features, related data may be temporarily transmitted to cloud servers for processing and will not be permanently stored on the server after processing is complete. 3.2 Storage Duration We only retain your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the purpose. After you delete notes or uninstall the app, your local data will be deleted accordingly. Data temporarily processed in the cloud will be cleared promptly after processing is complete. 3.3 Data Security We take the following measures to protect your information: (a) Using secure local storage solutions (such as Flutter Secure Storage) to protect sensitive data. (b) Data transmission with cloud servers uses HTTPS encryption protocol. (c) Strictly limiting data access permissions, only accessing your data when necessary.

We promise not to sell your personal information to any third party. We may share your information in the following circumstances: (a) Sharing with your explicit consent. (b) Third-Party AI Service Providers: To provide AI functionality, we send images, text content, and speech-to-text results to AI service providers. Users in mainland China use Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen), and users in other regions use OpenAI. These providers use the data solely for implementing AI functionality. We require them to comply with data protection agreements and not use data for advertising or tracking. (c) As required by laws, regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory requirements of government agencies. (d) As reasonably necessary to protect our users, the public, or our legitimate interests.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information: (a) Right to Access: You can view and access all your data in the app at any time. (b) Right to Correction: You can edit and modify your note content at any time. (c) Right to Deletion: You can delete your notes, notebooks, or other data at any time. Uninstalling the app will delete all local data. (d) Permission Management: You can enable or disable the permissions we request (such as microphone, camera, photo album, notifications, etc.) in your device settings at any time. Disabling permissions may affect the use of related features.

This app may request the following device permissions: (a) Microphone Permission: Used for voice input functionality to convert your speech to text. (b) Camera/Photo Album Permission: Used for taking photos or selecting images. (c) Notification Permission: Used for sending reminder notifications you set. All of the above permissions are optional, will only be requested when you use the corresponding features, and can be disabled at any time in system settings.
